Our founder, Arnon Woolfson, is a dynamic professional renowned for his unique ability to blend creativity, strategic innovation, and business acumen, working not only across strategy and marketing but also at the intersection of technology and music. He excels in incorporating music into marketing strategies and equally adept at infusing marketing principles into the music industry, creating a synergistic blend of both fields with often first-mover campaigns that are not only impactful and memorable but also remarkably successful.
As Commercial Director at Sanctuary Group PLC, Arnon worked alongside an unprecedented roster of global superstars including Elton John, Beyoncé, Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses, Robert Plant, Fleetwood Mac and The Who developing transformative campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, BBC, and Formula 1. His subsequent role as Director of Alliances at Sony Music International, saw the business drive $27M in revenue through strategic brand partnerships with T-Mobile, BMW/Mini, Samsung and Tommy Hilfiger across the EMEA region.
Award-winning innovation has been a hallmark of Arnon's career, exemplified by his groundbreaking work at Anomaly, where he and the team created the world's first Instagram video campaign using crowd-sourced content, launching a new artist, The Vaccines – earning The Drum Social Buzz Award. His expertise spans major global sporting events, having delivered official official anthems for many sporting bodies including the FIFA World Cup, Brazil, Six Nations Rugby, and Formula 1.
At Engine Group, as Partner and Head of Music & Entertainment, Arnon worked on compelling campaigns for elite clients including NFL, Mercedes F1, and Under Armour. His unique vision later led him to co-found an innovative Formula 1 team focused on driving equality in motorsport.
